I’ve always had a serious passion for cooking as well as baking. One day while on my way to work, I decided to find a way to fulfill my dream of making and designing delicious pastries. So, along with my brother, we began selling desserts to local salons, barber shops, and churches. We always offered a “money back guarantee”. To this date, I have never had to honor this.

I was fortunate to open my first bakery in 2000. We specialized in desserts “made from scratch”. Always vowing, “Never to cheat the customers.” Besides customers coming into the bakery to purchase their desserts, they were also able to obtain many of our products from several local eateries throughout the community.
